The Los Jokers, who are from South America, Chile, and Santiago, admired the Rolling Stones and began live activities at the end of 1965, appeared with long hair and psychedelic fashion in the Chilean music scene where only the Beatles had transmitted, and caused a frenzy in local Santiago with aggressive live shows. The activity period was short, but the two albums by the original members are full of Lowe Garage where initial impulses explode. It's an important album not only as a Chilean rock pioneer, but also as a South American garage. I only know fragmentary information about the Los Jokers even though they were a popular band. In 1963, 17-year-old Sergio Bellarmino del Rio Escalona saw a Shadows style band called Los Rockets in Santiago and became obsessed with the band sound and formed The Tigers. There were 4 people who taught bass to my cousin and my younger brother Patricio Del Rio hit the drums and added vocalist Dante Reina. This CD contains all songs from the Jokers' first single A side, albums “En La Onda De Los Jockers” and “Nueva Sociedad S.A.” 1 is the first single, “En La Onda De Los Jockers” from 2 to 13, and “Nueva Sociedad S.A.” from 14 to 25.
